This Return Policy outlines the refund, revision, and cancellation terms for personalized work-walk balance plans purchased from Timingeigraceful through timingeigraceful.world. We are committed to client satisfaction and fair resolution of concerns related to our Foundation Stride Plan, Balance Blueprint Plan, and Executive Rhythm Plan.
1. Nature of Our Products
Work-walk balance plans are personalized digital services created specifically for each client based on individual schedule data, location information, and walking preferences. Because plans are custom-generated upon order, standard return policies for physical goods do not directly apply. However, we provide clear satisfaction guarantees and revision options described below.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If your delivered plan does not reflect the information you provided during intake, contains factual errors in route mapping for your specified location, or fails to include the deliverables listed for your purchased tier, contact us within fourteen days of delivery at admin@timingeigraceful.world. We will review your concern and, where validated, provide a revised plan at no additional cost or offer a full refund at our discretion.
3. Plan Tier Return Terms
3.1 Foundation Stride Plan (NZ$89)
Full refund available if requested within seven days of plan delivery and before any revision work has commenced. One complimentary revision is included if the plan requires adjustment due to inaccurate intake data on our part. After seven days or after revision delivery, refunds are assessed case by case.
3.2 Balance Blueprint Plan (NZ$159)
Full refund available within fourteen days of initial plan delivery if you have not yet attended the included thirty-day follow-up session. Partial refunds may apply if the follow-up session has been completed but deliverables were materially deficient. Energy mapping reassessment is offered as an alternative to refund where appropriate.
3.3 Executive Rhythm Plan (NZ$279)
Refund requests for Executive Rhythm Plan are evaluated based on the proportion of the three-month engagement completed. Full refund available if cancelled within seven days of initial delivery before any review session occurs. After the first bi-weekly review, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis deducting the value of completed sessions and delivered route revisions.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after plan delivery when all tier deliverables were correctly provided
- Plans based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- Dissatisfaction arising from failure to implement plan recommendations rather than plan quality
- External factors including weather, workplace policy changes, or personal scheduling conflicts not communicated during intake
- Executive Rhythm Plan engagements where all scheduled review sessions and revisions have been delivered
5. Revision Policy
We encourage clients to request plan adjustments rather than refunds when schedules evolve. Revision entitlements by tier:
- Foundation Stride Plan: One complimentary revision within fourteen days of delivery
- Balance Blueprint Plan: One major revision plus the included thirty-day follow-up adjustment session
- Executive Rhythm Plan: Unlimited route revisions during the three-month engagement period
Additional revisions beyond tier entitlements may be purchased at NZ$35 per revision request for Foundation and Blueprint clients.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you cancel your order before plan delivery and before our planning team has commenced route mapping work, you are entitled to a full refund. If mapping work has begun, a partial refund deducting NZ$25 for administrative and research costs may apply. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@timingeigraceful.world.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Email admin@timingeigraceful.world with your full name, order date, plan tier purchased, and detailed reason for the request
- Include any supporting information such as discrepancies between delivered plan and your intake submission
- Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days
- We will review and respond with a resolution within ten business days

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days using the original payment method. Bank processing times may add three to five additional business days before funds appear in your account. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
9. Plan Upgrades
Clients may upgrade to a higher plan tier within thirty days of initial purchase. The upgrade price equals the difference between tier prices minus a ten percent loyalty credit applied to your original purchase amount. Upgrades are not refundable separately from the standard return terms of the new tier.
10. Consumer Guarantees Act
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If our work-walk balance plans fail to meet these guarantees and the failure cannot be remedied, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer law.
11. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response to a return request, you may escalate the matter by contacting the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for data-related concerns or seek resolution through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims within its monetary jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve concerns directly and encourage open communication with our Hamilton planning team.
